Message from Mandy @The Romance Bookie So it's that time again!! 2015 is officially almost over! I just can't believe it! It seems like just last month we were celebrating the beginning of 2015! It's time to wrap-up this year, and to begin 2015! Before I go into how I failed all of my reading goals this year, I would like to share some of the life events that happened to me in 2015... -I went to my first early screening of a movie back in January, for The DUFF , and met some of the cast members. -At the beginning of February I went on my second trip to Florida with the most amazing man in my life, my boyfriend, Vincent.  We spent a little over a week at Disney World (one of our favorite places), and for a second time to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, where we went to both Diagon Alley and Hogsmead.  Drank tons of Butterbeer, Pumpkin juice, pear cider, ate at the Leaky Cauldron, and did the new Gringott's Bank Ride!  It was incredible! ...

Hey Everyone! Erin and I both can't believe this year is already over!! It feels like just yesterday that we were ringing in the new year for 2014!  But now it's pretty much 2015!!!!! So to end 2014 with a bang, Erin and I both have compiled our own lists of our favorite books of 2014!!! 2013!!! Where have you gone???  It feels like just yesterday that I was doing the countdown with my friends for 2013! Now I'll be doing it AGAIN tonight! 2013 was such an interesting year! When it comes to reading I started the year strong, but then it sort of dwindled around summer time. But personally I think I have a pretty good excuse for that...I met someone this year.  And while I still read, I will admit it isn't my number one priority anymore.  And to be honest, it's kind of a relief!  The last couple of years reading has become a chore to me.  Authors, publishers, agents, etc. sending me request after request, and me being the type of person who can't so no...I finally realized something...READING IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN!! So what now? you may be asking.  Is there still a future for The Romance Bookie? ABSOLUTELY! Of course!! The Romance Bookie is my baby! Hey Everyone! So this is Part 2 of my End of 2012 Post! Wow what a year, right?! It feels like so much happened! The most Memorable Moments of this year for me were: (Top 5, I'll start with 5, and then my MOST memorable moment is #1!) #5: Screenshot I took while watching the Premiere of BD2 on Yahoo! :) Robert Pattinson was staying in my TOWN over the summer!! Okay, so it wasn't for the best circumstances (during the Kristen Stewart scandal), but none the less he was staying less than like 2-4 miles away from my house!! It is officially the END OF THE YEAR!!! Wow, it honestly feels like this year just flew by!  It feels like just last month I went to Passion and Prose (which was in February!) And that means discussing what has been our favorite reads of the year, right?!
