On Tuesday (August 14th) Jamie McGuire's best selling book Beautiful Disaster was released via Atria books (an ADULT publisher through Simon and Schuster!)!  I actually read Beautiful Disaster last year, when it was still an Indy book, and absolutely LOVED it!! For this weeks Still on my Mind I've decided to pick a book that's been on my mind for quite some time now... I originally read this series during the summer before my freshmen year of high school.  It was a series I read with two of my friends at the time.  We went to see the movie that summer too...it has brought back some great memories... Last year, the fifth and final book in the series was released...it takes place ten years after the fourth. For this weeks Still On My Mind I decided to pick Size 12 and Ready to Rock by Meg Cabot. Size 12 and Ready to Rock was released on Tuesday!  I read Size 12 and Ready to Rock a few weeks ago, and of course absolutely LOVED it!! For this week's Still on My Mind I have decided to choose a book that I absolutely loved!  Something that was very rare about this book was that it was a sequel, and I loved it even more than the first! How often is it that a SEQUEL is even better than the first??!! I mean don't get me wrong I really liked the first novel, but there was something about the sequel that was just so beautiful! Whether it was the super hot musician main character, or the heartbreaking story...I personally think it was both...but it was just amazing, and reasons why this book is on my top 10 all time favorite books of all time.  I actually got to meet Gayle Forman in April, and she was so sweet! This week's book I read back in February, right before I headed to Long Beach for the Passion & Prose Conference.   I actually ate lunch right next to this author on the day, and got to talk to her about amazing book, shortly after I had read it! She was really sweet, and even wrote a super sweet message into my beautiful Hardcover copy of the book...
