Simon and Caroline are back for another round of baking, banging, and big life changes. No In Between (Inside Out #4) by Lisa Renee Jones

Image
Hey Everyone!! So it's official! I've completed my reading goal for 2014 by reading 50 books! :)  So glad I made it! I was getting a bit worried there for a second! So for my fiftieth book I read Lisa Renee Jones's fourth book in the Inside Out Series , No In Between ! From Goodreads : The fourth in the Inside Out erotic romance series by New York Times bestselling author Lisa Renee Jones, this steamy novel resolves Chris and Sarah's relationship and leads into Mark's story. "Chris and I have faced our demons and bared our souls to one another in Paris. Now that we are back home in San Francisco, I want to believe that nothing can tear us apart. Not Ava’s accusations against me to the police, or Chris's fear that he will destroy me as he feels he did Amber. And not Mark, who was once too intimately a part of our lives, and who I can see crumbling inside out. He believes he is invincible, just as I want to believe Chris and I are invincible. We h...

Dirty Rowdy Thing (Wild Seasons #2) by Christina Lauren (ARC)

Image
Hey Everyone!! Finally a review for you! :) This one is for Dirty Rowdy Thing  (Wild Season #2) by two of my favorite authors: Christina Lauren! :) From Goodreads : From the New York Times bestselling author of Beautiful Bastard, Beautiful Stranger, and Beautiful Player, Book Two of the brand-new Wild Seasons series that started with Sweet Filthy Boy—a story of friends, love, and lust. Despite their rowdy hookups, Harlow and Finn don’t even like each other...which would explain why their marriage lasted only twelve hours. He needs to be in charge and takes whatever he wants. She lives by the Want-something-done? Do-it-yourself mantra. Maybe she’s too similar to the rugged fisherman—or just what he needs.   My Thoughts: First off, I'm a huge fan of Christina and Lauren's!  I have reviewed and loved all of their books! I reviewed the first book in the Wild Season  Series,  Sweet Filthy Boy  back in May when it first came out and truly enjoyed it...

Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover (ARC Review)

Image
Hey Everyone! So today, I'm taking part in the Ugly Love  by Colleen Hoover Blog Tour!!  Colleen's latest release, Ugly Love , hit shelves on August 5th, and for all Hoover fans...Man, is this the perfect book to add to your collection! This is only my second book by Colleen, that I've read...I know I jumped on the Colleen Hoover bandwagon a little late.  But at least I've joined it now!!! I read her last novel,  Maybe Someday , a few months ago, and absolutely loved it!  And now I've read Ugly Love  too, and holy moly was it good!!! From Goodreads : When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she knows it isn’t love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves t...

His Secrets (Inside Out #3.1) by Lisa Renee Jones

Image
***WARNING*** ***This book contains content not suitable for anyone under the age of 18!!! You've been warned!!*** Hey Everyone! I've finally caught up on the Inside Out Series by Lisa Renee Jones! Now I can officially read the newest one, No Inbetween ! Anyway, I finished His Secrets , which is recommended to be read before reading No Inbetween , because it somehow connects to the story. From Goodreads : An Inside Out story, Chris's POV In a world where my only escape has been my art, Sara has been the light in my darkness. And there is darkness, the kind of inky black that can bleed from my life to hers. She doesn't see it. She doesn't understand what I've shown her. And my biggest fear is that soon...she will. My Thoughts: It was a little odd, reading in the point of view of Chris, because I'm so used to reading from Sara's view.  I got a little confused sometimes, because something kind of masculine would be mentioned and I'd...

I hope everyone is having a good weekend!  I am actually just sitting on my bed, enjoying a nice calm day off of reading and relaxing! From Goodreads : ***   The Master Undone   is a part of the   Inside Out   trilogy, and is told from his POV. *** I told him goodbye, and I will not call him. My Hunger (Inside Out #3.2) by Lisa Renee Jones (ARC Novella Review)

Image
***WARNING!!! THIS BOOK CONTAINS MATURE CONTENT NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD!!!!*** On July 7th, Lisa Renee Jones's latest continuation in the Inside Out Series is coming out!  This time a novella is out in Mark's (the Master's) POV!  It was definitely interesting getting into the head of the character we've learned so much about through Rebecca's journals!! From Goodreads : An Inside Out Novella in Mark's POV While Chris and Sara have traveled to Paris to avoid the chaos of press and police after the tragic night we’d shared, I have stayed to face the reality of what has happened. But there is no peace to be found in facing the truth, and no truth to be found in the confessions that have been made and retracted. I am a Master, all about control, and yet right now, facing great tragedy, I feel as if I have none. With my club and my relationships of the past in the spotlight, I find sanctuary in the one place I’ve promise...

Afterburn and Aftershock by Sylvia Day

Image
***WARNING!!!! THIS BOOK CONTAINS SUBJECT MATTERS THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18!!!*** So I did quite a bit of reading over the weekend, two reviews (including this one) that have been posted, and one that will be coming up in the coming months :). But for now, here's my review for Sylvia Day's recent release of Afterburn and Aftershock ! From Goodreads : Never mix business with pleasure. Never bring politics into the bedroom. In a way I did both when I took Jackson Rutledge as a lover. I can't say I wasn't warned. Two years later, he was back. Walking into a deal I'd worked hard to close. Under the tutelage of Lei Yeung, one of the sharpest businesswomen in New York, I had picked up a thing or two since Jax walked away. I wasn't the girl he once knew, but he hadn't changed. Unlike the last time we'd drifted into each other's lives, I knew exactly what I was dealing with... and how addictive his touch could be. The ...

Hey Everyone! So I got to do something awesome today! I drove two hours to Huntington Beach (California) and went to The Romance Authors Signing at Barnes and Noble, where Sylvia Day ( Gideon Cross Series ), Alice Clayton ( Wallbanger  and Redhead Series ), Christina Lauren ( Beautiful Bastard Series ), Katy Evans ( Real Series), Fanny Merkin ( Fifty Shames of Earl Grey ), Monica Murphy ( Torn ), Kristin Proby ( Loving Cara ), Tiffany Reisz ( The Siren ), Robin York ( Deeper ), Ruthie Knox ( About Last Night ), and Cara McKenna ( Willing Victim ) were all present! Tara Sue Me ( The Submissive ) was supposed to be present but couldn't make it unfortunately. So I got extremely lucky guys!  Why? Well, because I got to go in before everyone else (as they were waiting in line) and interview some of the authors! You can listen to that interview here below! It's seriously hilarious! It involved Penises (or "Peni") and Robert Pattinson!! So now to the pictures...
