Hey Everyone, I actually cannot believe I am writing this review right now, because to be honest, there are a thousand other things that I need to be doing right now, but I am so ready for my yearly book event tomorrow (YALL WEST!!!) that I just couldn't wait to finally be able to write a review again! So I do have some exciting news... After months and months of the sh*# that my life has become I got some good news last Friday.  Not only am I graduating on May 20th, with my bachelor's in Early Childhood Studies, but I will also be graduating with Honors!  This has been the ultimate goal since I lost my dad in September. I knew I had to keep going, I knew my dad would want me to finish school; and for my own goal I wanted to make him extra proud by graduating with honors.  And I did it. But school is not over just yet.  I have made my final homework list!  Which means as soon as I get through this list of things to do for school...I am officially done wi...

The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books 2014 Part 1 (Saturday April 12th, 2014)

Hey Everyone!! So it's been taking me a while to write this post, only because the last couple of weeks have been just a tad insane!  I know I keep saying that, and while I keep thinking things will slow down, they just haven't, and probably won't for the next few weeks, at least until my classes are over, and I have a small amount of down time during the summer! :) Also my computer was in the shop for almost a week, and I just got it back the other day.  Luckily everything fine! :) Anyway, I did something extremely awesome a couple of weeks ago, that's I have dying to share with all of you!  I went to The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on April 12th and 13th!  I've been wanting to go to that event for the last few years! I ALMOST went last year, but I was off by one month from getting my drivers license, so unfortunately I missed it.  But this year, with my license, and my car, nothing was going to stop me!
