In honor of this HUGE milestone, I want to first share with you some of the amazing memories so far on The Romance Bookie... -I started The Romance Bookie 2 1/2 years ago, in December of 2010. -Because of The Romance Bookie I have been to a few VERY AWESOME signings, including the one where I got to meet my all time favorite author, Meg Cabot (whom I also got to have a conversation with)!  Along the way, I've also met: Cassandra Clare, Maureen Johnson, Marissa Meyer (and gotten to eat lunch with her!), Gayle Forman, Stephanie Perkins, and quite a few others! -Along with Diana over at  Little Miss Drama Queen , we came up with the idea behind  Meg-A-Readers ! -I've g...

Hey Everyone! So this is Part 2 of my End of 2012 Post! Wow what a year, right?! It feels like so much happened! The most Memorable Moments of this year for me were: (Top 5, I'll start with 5, and then my MOST memorable moment is #1!) #5: Screenshot I took while watching the Premiere of BD2 on Yahoo! :) Robert Pattinson was staying in my TOWN over the summer!! Okay, so it wasn't for the best circumstances (during the Kristen Stewart scandal), but none the less he was staying less than like 2-4 miles away from my house!! How awesome is that?!  IF only I could have met him!! Sigh... haha :) #4: Meg-A-Readers!! WOW, that was SO much fun to host!! I honestly didn't think much would come out of it, because I thought I wouldn't be able to get my voice heard!  With the thanks of Diana we were able to make it happen!  And it was super fun!  We'll be hosting again next year, so if you're a Meg Cabot fan, and a blogger, send me an email and I'll add...

At the event I was not only able to meet my all time favorite author, Meg Cabot, but also DOZENS of other fabulous authors!  It was truly a day to remember for me! Among those amazing people I had the opportunity to meet Andrea Cremer, the author of the Nightshade Series.  She was super sweet, and signed my copy of Nightshade ! Andrea Cremer at the Breathless Panel speaking table My signed copy of Nightshade   Well, I have FINALLY found the time to read Nightshade , after these past seven or eight months! So here I am again, to tell you ALL about yesterday! Bare with me, this will be LONG post!! Mostly pictures though!! Let's see how I'm going to do this...I think I'll make sections for each author :). And I will save the best for last :). So let me begin by saying that yesterday was absolutely PERFECT!! I'm serious! It was hands-down the best day of my life so far!  Worth every penny, every mile driven, and every sleepless night, of wondering what was going to happen. Other than going to a Hilary Duff signing, in November 2010, this was my only other author event I've been to.  And what better event to go to then to an event that has over FORTY authors! Among them...oh maybe you've heard of a little someone called MEG CABOT!!! Yeah! She is only like my hero!!  With over 75 books under her belt (I just figured out I've read at least 50 of them!!), she's written for every age group at one point or another, and tackled (and succeeded) in MANY diffe...
