IMM #7
In My Mailbox was originally started by The Story Siren
and it's where anyone can participate and let everyone know what they
got in books, and other book related things, throughout a given
time. Anyone with a blog can join in, and you can post once a week,
once a month, or whenever you choose to.
Remember everyone, this is a MONTHLY IMM, not weekly!!
It's been another great month!! :)
First off, I really wanted to share something I found this month in one of my books.
So I was cleaning up/reorganizing my book shelves this month, as I was cleaning for my relatives to come into town, and I was going through my copy of Lauren Clark's Dancing Naked in Dixie,
because I wanted to see my name again in the Acknowledgements (lol, I SWEAR I am not a shallow person!! I'm just so proud of myself and excited!!), and I happened to see something at the front of the book:

I love that you do this monthly. It looks so impressive. I might do this too! (Since it is such a great idea) Then I can not do a post for just one book. *humm* I downloaded Swim too! Great haul!
ReplyDeleteYeah that was my thing, because I feel like I don't get a book EVERY week. I usually get a few at thrift stores at once. So it made sense for me to do it monthly, and that way I get to look forward to it too! :)
DeleteCongrats on the quote!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)

ReplyDeleteThanks Kristi!! LOVE YOUR BLOG!! And yeah once in a while I have my favorite series, that I just do the multiple books too! :)
DeleteGO MEG!!
Oh my gosh! Pure jealousy right here! Size 12 and Ready to Rock!!!!! I loved the Heather Wells books and I cant wait to read this one! I read the Au Pairs series last summer and enjoyed them. Oh, and I was forced to read TKAM for school this year which, of course, made me hate it. Maybe I will reread it someday. Enjoy your wonderful books! Here's my IMM- http://youngatheartbookblog.blogspot.com/2012/06/in-my-mailbox-12.html
ReplyDeleteMcKenna :)
Yeah when forced to read something it takes the fun out of it! That's probably why I never enjoyed any of my English books lol
DeleteI didn't know Meg Cabot was continuing the Heather Wells series - how cool! I love her! And your Twilight collection is pretty cool! Thank you for stopping by my blog - I hope you enjoy reading your new books! :)
ReplyDeleteOh yeah she is! :) The last one is coming out next summer! :)
