Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver

First off, before I start off this review, I have to get something off my chest:

DO YOU SEE THAT EYE???

Isn't that freaky??!!

Okay, I felt like there was a demon eye staring at me the entire time I was reading Pandemonium!!

And in some lighting areas the eye looked BLACK!!!!  SUPER freaky!!

So NOW to the review:

***WARNING!!! MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM FIRST BOOK IN SERIES DELIRIUM***

I'm going to be using the description from Goodreads:
"I'm pushing aside the memory of my nightmare,
pushing aside thoughts of Alex,
pushing aside thoughts of Hana and my old school,
push,
push,
push,
like Raven taught me to do.
The old life is dead.
But the old Lena is dead too.
I buried her.
I left her beyond a fence,
behind a wall of smoke and flame.
Lauren Oliver delivers an electrifying follow-up to her acclaimed New York Times bestseller, Delirium. This riveting, brilliant novel crackles with the fire of fierce defiance, forbidden romance, and the sparks of a revolution about to ignite."

My thoughts:
Overall, I thought Pandemonium was a great continuation of the Delirium Trilogy.  However, that being said, to be honest I am still not really a huge fan of the whole futuristic reads.  It's not that I don't enjoy them or anything, but I definitely wouldn't call any of them my favorites.
The Delirium Trilogy is probably one of more favorite ones of all the ones I have read.
Lena is a great character, with a great story to back her up! Oliver does a great job with this sequel!  There were a few parts where, honestly, I had no idea if I just wanted them to be over with or because I was anticipating what was going to happen next! It was weird! I was so confused on what I should think! It was almost...mind blowing, but to be honest, I don't know why!!

Overall rating:

I know I am probably one of the few people who hasn't actually read this book...I guess now I should say "hadn't", since I've read it now, but anyway!!! if you read Delirium but haven't read Pandemonium then read it!!
It's definitely a great continuation of the trilogy, and I'm looking forward to finding out what happens next! :)
