Clockwork Prince Review

Wow. Just wow!

Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare was AMAZING!!!  This was such an awesome read!

***WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM THE FIRST IN THE SERIES,
CLOCKWORK ANGEL***

Because so much happened in this book, I am going to give you all the Goodreads description, so I don't give away too much!

In the magical underworld of Victorian London, Tessa Gray has at last found safety with the Shadowhunters. But that safety proves fleeting when rogue forces in the Clave plot to see her protector, Charlotte, replaced as head of the Institute. If Charlotte loses her position, Tessa will be out on the street and easy prey for the mysterious Magister, who wants to use Tessa's powers for his own dark ends.
With the help of the handsome, self-destructive Will and the fiercely devoted Jem, Tessa discovers that the Magister's war on the Shadowhunters is deeply personal. He blames them for a long-ago tragedy that shattered his life. To unravel the secrets of the past, the trio journeys from mist-shrouded Yorkshire to a manor house that holds untold horrors, from the slums of London to an enchanted ballroom where Tessa discovers that the truth of her parentage is more sinister than she had imagined. When they encounter a clockwork demon bearing a warning for Will, they realize that the Magister himself knows their every move and that one of their own has betrayed them.
Tessa finds her heart drawn more and more to Jem, though her longing for Will, despite his dark moods, continues to unsettle her. But something is changing in Will; the wall he has built around himself is crumbling. Could finding the Magister free Will from his secrets and give Tessa the answers about who she is and what she was born to do?
As their dangerous search for the Magister and the truth leads the friends into peril, Tessa learns that when love and lies are mixed, they can corrupt even the purest heart.

My Thoughts:
Like I said, "WOW!" This book was amazing! So much happened, and it just went further to show me how much I love Cassandra's books!  Both the Infernal Devices & Mortal Instrument Series have it all! Romance, action, drama, love, family, friendship, humor, you name it's got it! I'm serious!  I've never read anything like her books, the closest novel I can compare it too, would have to be anything with a vampire, werewolf, warlock, etc; but NOTHING compares truly to these novels! They are original and incredible! I never get tired of them, and for those who this series is overrated, I just want to be like, "You're kidding me right?" Either they haven't read them, or they just absolutely hate anything Paranormal; but all I have to say is, they have no idea what they're missing.
I highly recommend this series and Cassandra Clare's Mortal Instrument Series to anyone who enjoys pretty much anything! The Infernal Devices even takes place in the 1800s, so it even has the whole Historical Fiction thing down! Just seriously, go pick up either City of Bones (Review HERE!) (the first in the Mortal Instrument Series) or Clockwork Angel (Review HERE!!) (the first in the Infernal Devices Series); however, I would recommend starting with City of Bones and reading the books in the order they were published, which would be: City of Bones, City of Ashes, City of Glass, Clockwork Angel, City of Fallen Angels, Clockwork Prince, and now the newest one (which just came out last month) City of Lost Souls.  Read them in order because there will be information and characters showing up who were featured in the Infernal Device series).
